Why do I have to register before shop?

You can surf and add products to the cart without registration but only registered shoppers will be able to checkout and place orders. Registered members have to be logged in at the time of checking out the cart, they will be prompted to do so if they are not logged in.

How do I register?

You can register by clicking on the "Register" link at the top right corner of the homepage. Please provide the information in the form that appears. You can review the terms and conditions, enter the details and submit the registration information.

What are the differences between Local Delivery and National Delivery?

Local Delivery zone is something where we deliver orders with our own vans and drivers. At present we don't offer any Local Delivery by own.

Rest of the UK mainland customers comes under National Delivery zone. We use transporting companies to deliver all the postal orders. For free delivery, the customer need to spend £40.00 pounds or over (UK Mainland only*). Free delivery not applicable for Islands, BT, IV, PO(30 to 41), TR(21-25), KW, PA, PH, AB, HS, DD, DG, EH, FK, KY, ZE, Europe .

For delivery charges please check our delivery policy. *Saturday delivery available only for UK mainland customers for orders over £40.00. No free delivery on saturday. Please select "Saturday delivery UK Mainland Only" for shipping rates. 

We endeavour to ship your order within 1 business day - Standard UK delivery is normally within 1 to 2 business days. International orders are generally received in 3 to 5 business days. Orders received on any working day before 2pm will be delivered on the next working day. Orders received between Thursday 2pm and Friday 2pm with frozen products or fresh vegetables or leaves will be despatched on Monday for Tuesday delivery. But may be delayed due to some extraordinary situations. Our working days are defined as Monday to Friday 8am to 6pm.

How do I cancel my account?

If you are not an active shopper you can send us a mail to cancel your account any time.

How do I cancel marketing communications?

You can unsubscribe if it is a mail communication or else you can drop us a mail.

What if I forget my password?

If you forget your password you can go to login page and click on "forgot your password" link and give your email and click on submit. An automated mail will be sent to you with the auto generated password. Please reset it immediately after logging in

Where can I find my account information?

After logging in you can go to my account link. Under my account link you can find account information page. Please click on that and update your latest details.

Do you send the frozen products?

Yes, we deliver frozen products. We have a large selection of frozen products.

How do I find products?

You can find products by category or can use search box.

How do I find products that are on promotions?

We have dedicated menu on our website called "offers" under which you can find all the promotional products.

What all symbols of products indicate?

These symbols indicate different qualities of products, its life time etc.

How do I know if I placed my order correctly?

If you place your order correctly, you will receive an automated mail within 5 min of your order with the confirmation.

How can I place an order?

As of now we accept online orders only. You can register and place the order. Shopping online is simple and hassle free.

Can I reorder my previous shopping list?

Yes you can. After logging in please click on my account link, you can find your previous orders there. Please click on reorder to place the same order again.

I am not able to submit the order?

Please check you have filled all the necessary fields. If you miss anything you cannot submit the order.

I am facing payment issue?

If you are facing any payment issue, please communicate us via mail or phone.

Can I change the delivery?

Of course, if you are a local customer you can call us and inform at least 8 hours in advance to rearrange your delivery in the next available slot to your area..

If you are postal customers please check your order status. If your order is not yet dispatched, we can rearrange your delivery.

Can I have my order delivered to different address?

Yes you can. Please place the order and change the shipping address to your desired address.

What happens if I miss a delivery?

If you are local customer we will arrange the delivery again in the next available slot. If you are postal customers shippers may make another attempt to deliver your parcel, but that is subject to their delivery arrangements. If you miss the delivery again, we will not be responsible for the loss.

What is the difference between billing and shipping address?

Billing address is your card address that you are using to make the payment. Shipping address is the address where your order will be delivered.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all the major debit, credit cards and Paypal payments. You can also make payment using apple pay.

Is it safe to use my credit/ debit card on veenas.com?

Yes it is absolutely safe to use your card on veenas.com.
